A prioritized Opportunity Radar with account, signal, source links, dates, relevance notes, confidence, and next steps.
Find where demand is forming
See the signal while there is still time to act.
Byzantium builds evidence-linked Opportunity Radars that monitor the sources relevant to your market, identify meaningful changes, and help your team decide which accounts deserve attention.
The problem
The signal is rarely in one place.
A new facility, hiring pattern, permit, shutdown notice, equipment installation, procurement document, or capital project may each reveal part of a developing opportunity. Each clue on its own can be weak. Together, they can show where a conversation is timely.
Manual research is hard to repeat. A generic lead list shows who exists, not why an account may matter now.
The system
What the system does
- 01
Monitors agreed sources for relevant changes.
- 02
Connects findings to the right company, facility, project, or account.
- 03
Records the source and date behind each signal.
- 04
Separates confirmed facts from interpretation.
- 05
Prioritizes accounts for human review and gives the team a useful next research step.
First proof market
Industrial services: the first proof market
For a maintenance contractor, controls integrator, or industrial service provider, relevant signals may include planned shutdowns, plant expansions, new production lines, controls modernization, maintenance hiring, equipment installation, or procurement activity. The Radar shows what was found, why it may matter, how strong the evidence is, and what still needs validation. A signal is a reason to review an account, not proof that a project is confirmed.
What you receive
A source map that records coverage, freshness, and known gaps.
A review workflow for accepting, rejecting, or investigating surfaced signals.
How we work
Start with the decision, then test the evidence.
Define the opportunity
Agree on the work you want to find, the accounts and geographies that matter, and what counts as a credible signal.
Map and test sources
Identify where relevant evidence appears, then test a sample for coverage, freshness, and usefulness.
Deliver the Radar
Provide a prioritized view and recommend a repeatable monitoring workflow. Automate only the parts the evidence and workflow justify.
The first engagement
Know what is worth building before you commit to a build.
The Decision Intelligence Diagnostic maps the question, sources, and workflow, then produces a verified sample and a fixed recommendation for the next phase.
Target standard price: $3,500
Trial cohort engagements start at a lower introductory price. Ask about current availability.

Is this the same as buying intent data?+
No. The Radar is built around signals and source evidence relevant to your market. Commercial data can be included where appropriate, but the result is not simply a repackaged lead feed.
Does a signal mean a project is confirmed?+
No. The Radar records whether a source confirms an active requirement or only suggests that a need may be developing.
What sources can you monitor?+
That depends on the market and decision. Sources may include company announcements, procurement portals, public filings, permits, job postings, project documents, trade publications, and relevant partner or supplier information. The Diagnostic tests which are available and useful.
Can this work outside industrial services?+
Yes. The method applies where buying opportunities leave observable traces across fragmented sources. Industrial services are the first proof market, not a requirement for using the system.
Start with the question your team needs to answer.
The Decision Intelligence Diagnostic maps the evidence and workflow, tests a sample, and shows whether a system is worth building.
